Описание: The seaside town of Tamatsue is surrounded by mountains on three sides. Even though it is undergoing modernization via re-development of the coastal area, there is still a feel of a small town in the mountain side. There are two shrines in the town, dedicated to the ‘god of the mountains’ and the ‘god of the sea’, but while the former has a ‘living goddess’ who they are proud of, there is no enshrined deity for the latter.
